The data we collect

We only collect what we need to tell you when Takr opens, reply to you and protect the site.

  • Waitlist: your email address (required), your first name and how you work (optional), and the site language. We also record the page or campaign you came from (source and UTM parameters), plus the dates of your consent, confirmation and unsubscription.
  • Confirmation link: a single-use token, of which we only keep a hashed version, and the date the link was sent.
  • Contact form: your name, email address, chosen topic and message.
  • Security: your IP address, used to limit submissions per hour and block abuse [à confirmer : forme stockée et durée de conservation des compteurs], and the server’s technical logs [à confirmer : contenu et durée de conservation].
  • Analytics: [à confirmer : aucune, ou Umami sans cookie ni donnée personnelle].

Why we process it, and on what basis

  • To tell you when the beta opens, invite you and send you at most one progress update a month. Basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
  • To reply to your message. Basis: our legitimate interest, or pre-contractual steps if you ask us for an offer.
  • To protect the site against abuse and automated submissions. Basis: our legitimate interest.
  • To understand where signups come from (source, campaign) so we can spread the word about Takr, with no advertising profiles. Basis: our legitimate interest.

Your data is never sold, rented or used for targeted advertising.

How long we keep it

  • Unconfirmed signup: deleted [à confirmer : délai, par exemple 30 jours] after the link is sent.
  • Confirmed signup: kept until you unsubscribe, and no later than [à confirmer : délai] after Takr’s public launch.
  • After you unsubscribe: your email stays on a suppression list so we don’t email you again [à confirmer]. You can ask us to delete it completely.
  • Contact messages: [à confirmer : durée, par exemple 12 mois] after our last exchange.
  • Anti-abuse counters: [à confirmer : durée, par exemple 24 heures].

Our subprocessors

To run the site, we share some data with service providers bound by contract, who may only use it on our behalf.

  • Exoscale [à confirmer : Akenes SA, Lausanne], Switzerland: hosting for the site and database.
  • Resend [à confirmer : Resend, Inc., États-Unis]: sending confirmation and update emails. Resend receives your email address, your first name and the email content.

When the Calls and Quotes modules open, transcription and AI subprocessors will join this list, with their country, before any processing begins [à confirmer : Deepgram et fournisseur d’IA].

Transfers outside Switzerland

The site’s data stays hosted in Switzerland. Emails are sent through Resend, whose servers may be located outside Switzerland and the European Union [à confirmer : région d’envoi].

These transfers are covered by [à confirmer : certification Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework ou clauses contractuelles types reconnues par le PFPDT et la Commission européenne].

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or to receive it in a common format. You can also object to processing or ask us to restrict it.

To unsubscribe, use the link in any of our emails. For everything else, email hello@takr.studio: we reply within 30 days.

If your rights aren’t being respected, you can contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC). In the European Union, you can also contact your country’s data protection authority.

Cookies

Takr uses no advertising or tracking cookies. That’s why the site has no cookie banner.

One technical cookie remembers the site language for a year [à confirmer : cookie NEXT_LOCALE maintenu ou supprimé]. If you log in to the app, session cookies keep you signed in [à confirmer : noms et durée].

Security

Traffic to the site is encrypted (HTTPS). Confirmation links are single-use and expire after 7 days. Only the people at Bleeze who need the data can access it [à confirmer].
