Terms of use

These terms apply to the takr.studio website, the waitlist and the Takr private beta.

Last updated: [à confirmer : date de publication]

Terms for the paid subscription will be published separately, before the beta ends.

Who publishes Takr

Takr is published by Bleeze Sàrl, Route de Fontanoux 30, 1646 Echarlens, Switzerland, UID CHE-135.996.212. Contact: hello@takr.studio.

Using the site

The site is free to use, with no account. We do our best to keep it available but can’t guarantee it: maintenance, outages or updates may interrupt it.

Waitlist

Signing up is free and confirmed through a link sent by email. One email address equals one signup.

Signing up doesn’t guarantee an access date or a spot in a specific wave. Invites go out in small groups as the product progresses [à confirmer : critères d’ordre des invitations].

You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email.

Private beta

The beta is free [à confirmer] and open to invited people only. The service is provided as is, while in development: features may change, disappear or not work as expected, and outages may happen.

During the beta, keep a copy of your important documents (quotes, call sheets) outside Takr [à confirmer : export disponible].

Your feedback helps us build Takr. By sending it, you allow us to use it to improve the service, free of charge.

[à confirmer : confidentialité de la bêta, par exemple captures et fonctionnalités non publiées.]

Your content

The projects, contacts, quotes, recordings and files you add remain yours. You only allow us to host, process and display them to run the service.

You’re responsible for what you upload. Before recording a call, get consent from everyone on it. In Switzerland, recording without consent is a criminal offense (Article 179ter of the Swiss Criminal Code).

AI suggestions (summaries, updates, quote drafts) can contain mistakes. You check them before approving or sending them.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Takr for unlawful content and not to try to access other people’s data. You also agree not to disrupt the service: automated submissions, overloading or bypassing protections.

In case of abuse, we may suspend your beta access or delete the signup involved.

Intellectual property

The software, the Takr name, the logo and the site content belong to Bleeze Sàrl. These terms give you no rights to them beyond normal use of the service.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Bleeze isn’t liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site or the beta. For example: loss of data, revenue or clients [à confirmer : clause à valider par un juriste].

Nothing in these terms limits Bleeze’s liability for gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

Personal data

How we handle your data is described in our privacy policy.

Changes

These terms may change, for example when the subscription launches. The new version applies as soon as it’s published; if anything important changes, we’ll let you know by email.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Bleeze Sàrl’s registered office [à confirmer : for juridique], subject to mandatory rules that protect consumers in their country of residence.
